My role
This is yet another project in Real estate industry, where I thrive. My role was to build a complete web solution for not only displaying the apartments, it's 360 degree virtual tours, and luxurious interior of the building, but also make sure to create a really clean and user-friendly experience for the agents who are marketing these apartments.
Design
The client had not established any brand identity for this project, therefore, before starting the web design process, I had to establish a baseline for the brand. The story of the building originates from the talented German philosopher and master of literature Walter Benjamin, who lived in this building during 1930's. Some of the design elements represent eclectic architecture, while the overall design preserves the clean and minimalistic interior.
Development
This website was built on WordPress, and optimized for speed and user-experience both for customers, and also the agents. I made dynamic custom CMS collections for the individual apartments, as well as a completely reimagined, mobile-friendly dynamic data table. The website is light-weight and ultra-fast with scores of 98/100 on desktop devices (which is what ~87% of web traffic uses).
Concept
This project is one of the core offerings which me and my agency Visualwise.io are currently specializing in. It is clear, that residential properties require websites, which make it easy and fast to view and reserve apartments for the end-customer.
